As the lead geospatial analyst and sensor operator, it is my responsibility to train new sensor operators how to interpret and analyze multispectral imagery. My primary task is to deliver intelligence to CalFire and the USFS of fire conditions on the ground, as well as post-damage assessment of devastated areas. Secondary duties involve product/software development and integration of new sensors on fixed-wing duel engine aircraft.

Conservation Camp, Weott, CA

As an emergency first responder for a type-1 fire attack crew, I was directly responsible for executing orders as directed by incident command for the purpose of eliminating the threat of fire to the immediate population, and their assets. Responsibilities included but were not limited to clearing trails, and cutting brush. The job required semiskilled construction work, equipment maintenance, and repair.

Senior Field Technician, Aeronautical Radio Inc.

San Francisco Communications Center, Livermore, CA

Directly responsible for project design and implementation of various remote sites for the purpose of radio voice and data communications for all commercial and government aircraft over the continental United States as well as the Pacific Ocean. Duties involved installing, maintaining, testing, adjusting, and repairing communications equipment, such as HF/VHF radios, antennas, intercommunications switches, and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.

Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA

As a Second-Class Petty Officer, I supervised and directed the workflow of the Integrated Weapons Team. I was directly responsible for making sure all advanced electrical and weapons systems of the FA-18 fighter attack aircraft were fully functional for joint international operations. A necessary role required to perform daily tasks was understanding how to read and interpret electronics schematics, and thorough knowledge of how each system is integrated and supposed to function.
